Details about Shawn's last known whereabouts indicate he left around 11:45 a.m., from the care facility located in the 18500 block of Southeast Clinton Street. While his family has emphasized that Shawn is familiar with the TriMet, and often visits downtown Portland, the fact that he is missing, adds an urgency to the situation. According to KATU, he is 5’9” with brown hair and brown eyes, a description matched by KPTV which also noted his weight of 160 pounds.
