The Knox County Sheriff's Office is seeking assistance from the community to locate a missing 12-year-old girl, Raileigh Marie Capps. According to a statement obtained by WVLT, Raileigh was last observed getting into a white Lexus vehicle in the vicinity of Crippen Road and Brown Gap Road, near her home. Kimberly Glenn, a spokesperson for the sheriff’s office, emphasized that Raileigh has no history of running away,.
Officials have asked anyone with information that can possibly help to rapidly come forward. Raileigh is described as a white female, standing 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighing around 120 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. She is also noted to have piercings in both her left and right nostrils, a navel piercing, and a distinctive black and white rose tattoo on her left forearm. The last time she was seen, she was wearing gray Mickey Mouse sweatpants, a white t-shirt, a brown fuzzy jacket, and white and black Nike Dunks shoes. Details about her appearance and clothing were shared by the Knox County Sheriff's Office in a bid to aid the public in identifying her.
