A landscaping dispute in Goodyear, Arizona, escalated into a violent confrontation when a man was stabbed with a pitchfork. The Goodyear Police Department responded to the scene on August 14 near Cotton Lane and Lower Buckeye Road and reported finding one landscaper who had sustained injuries from a pitchfork, detailed FOX 10 Phoenix.
The victim, whose name has not been released, was promptly taken to an area hospital with injuries deemed non-life-threatening. Meanwhile, 56-year-old Oscar Garnett Jr. of Peoria was detained by police on allegations of aggravated assault related to the incident.
Garnett is also facing an unresolved misdemeanor warrant, adding to his legal troubles. "Oscar Garnett Jr. will be booked for aggravated assault and an outstanding misdemeanor warrant," confirmed the Goodyear Police Department, details of which were reported by FOX 10 Phoenix.
