Lewisville Police Department has issued a plea for public assistance following a shooting at Sneaky Pete’s, a local venue near Eagle Point Drive and Marina Bay on Sunday evening. Around 10 p.m., a dispute escalated resulting in gunfire that led to three individuals being shot, as reported by the Lewisville Police Department.
Investigators are currently working to quickly piece together the events that transpired that night. The altercation initially verbal, quickly turned physical, and ended up with two of the victims requiring treatment at local hospitals for non-life-threatening injuries. The third victim chose to decline medical assistance. Officials have emphasized that they believe this to be an isolated incident, with no continued danger posed to the public at large.
The suspect, however, remains at large with authorities having insufficient information to release a detailed description. Lewisville PD has reached out to the community urging that anyone with information come forward to assist in apprehending the individual responsible for the shooting. "Detectives have determined this is an isolated incident with no ongoing threat to the public", the Lewisville Police Department reassured in their statement.
