
On August 28, a 59-year-old man was accused of indecently assaulting two teenage girls on the #MBTA bus Route 32 near Forest Hills. The suspect, whose identity has not been disclosed, reportedly fled the scene after the incident. However, diligent efforts by the Transit Police Department (TPD) led to his arrest.
According to X post by the MBTA Transit Police, the incident occurred at approximately 1:15 PM, and the officers were able to track down the suspect following the assault. The man, known to the TPD for previous offenses, was taken into custody and transported to TPD headquarters for the booking process.

The MBTA Transit Police have not released further information about the case or the conditions of the teenage victims. The suspect is expected to face charges related to the assault.
