The shooting incident reportedly spilled over from the Hookah Cloud establishment on Summer Avenue as per the victim's account the situation unraveled rapidly after an escalation outside the bar, his acquaintance, whom he identified only as someone he knew from Instagram, turned against him, in the driver's seat of his truck, took his gun, shot him, and absently fled the scene leaving the man bleeding and in shock.
