Portland Police were called to the scene at the 12100 block of Northeast Glisan Street around 11:34 p.m., following reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, according to a statement from the Portland Police Bureau, officers discovered a male victim who had already succumbed to his injuries.

The immediate aftermath of the shooting has not resulted in any arrests or suspects being detained. Detectives from the Portland Police Bureau's Homicide unit are actively investigating the case.
