
The Miami Police Department has issued a call for assistance in locating Hector Malu, a 64-year-old man reported missing from the Allapattah neighborhood. According to information obtained by Local10, Malu was last sighted yesterday and is considered endangered.
Authorities provided a description of Malu, saying he stands 5 feet, 8 inches tall, weighs around 150 pounds, has grey hair and brown eyes. He was spot last wearing a faded white t-shirt paired with dark shorts, and an identifiable blue and orange Astros hat. The community is being urged, by officials, to come forward with any information that could aid in locating him.
The urgency of this search is palpable, with the details of Malu's appearance circulating widely in hopes someone might recognize him. In a message shared by the Miami Police on X, they reiterated his physical characteristics and the distinctive Astros hat he was wearing when last seen. They pleads with the public to aid in their ongoing search efforts.
