According to The Outlook, Greene had disappeared from her residence in the 1300 block of Northeast Eighth Street in Downtown Gresham and was located after the authorities' appeal to the community for help in locating her.
Greene, who requires medication, did not have it with her when she left her home around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, it is a situation that added urgency to the search efforts, the concern for Greene's well-being was palpable as she is also familiar with navigating the TriMet public transportation system, with her description made widely available in the hope that it would aid in her prompt return. In a report by KATU, the police described Ceciliah as a teen standing 5’7” with shoulder-length black hair and brown eyes.
