The Murfreesboro Police Department is actively seeking information that could lead to the recovery of a stolen dump truck. The 2020 Hydrema 912HM Articulated Dump Truck, property of Authorized Equipment, was reported missing from a construction site at 212 Panther Drive—a site that has been rendered inactive due to unfavorable weather conditions that persisted throughout the previous week. The vehicle was taken on July 30, as confirmed by WKRN.
In a statement obtained by WSMV, "Detectives are attempting to locate a man who was seen walking down the street near the time the truck was stolen and are considering him a person of interest in the theft." The Murfreesboro PD urges anyone with pertinent information regarding the missing dump truck to come forward.
