The Palo Alto Police Department is actively seeking the public's assistance to locate a missing adult, Wendy, who is at risk due to mental illness. According to an X post from the department, she was last observed in her home on the 3000 block of Cowper Street after 9 p.m. yesterday.

Wendy, 56, was reported missing at 9 a.m. this morning, and her current whereabouts are unknown. When she was last seen, she was dressed in a blue & green V-neck T-shirt with light-colored pants and might be without shoes. The authorities are urging anyone who has information that could lead to her safe return to contact them at (650) 329-2413.
