Time is ticking for Phoenix residents and organizations looking to weigh in on the city's future propositions, with the cutoff to submit pro or con arguments for the upcoming ballot fast approaching. According to a recent announcement by the City Clerk's Office, the deadline to file these arguments is set for 5 PM on Wednesday, August 7, leaving a narrow window for those wishing to partake in the democratic process to act.
To have your voice heard in the Publicity Pamphlet for the November election, individuals, organizations, or political committees must submit their arguments by the stated deadline. This pamphlet will find its way into every Phoenix household come September, equipped with registered voters, ensuring the community has ample time to consider both sides of the proposition coin before casting their vote, as per the City of Phoenix.
If you plan to contribute, you must reach out to the City Clerk's Office by phone at 602-262-6837 or email via [email protected] to schedule an appointment, as City Hall is currently open by appointment only.
