In Plano, a mother in distress with an unconscious infant found solace and hope in the actions of two police officers, who intervened promptly to assist her. The incident unfolded on June 29, when the mother approached Officer Skinner and Sergeant Baxter for help.

According to the Plano Texas Police Department, the infant was in a critical state, seemingly choking or experiencing a seizure, and was not breathing. Officer Skinner, with the help of Sergeant Baxter, acted promptly to clear the infant's airway and provide breathing assistance until the arrival of the fire department.

Upon the fire department's arrival, the baby was then swiftly transported to the hospital for further medical assessment and care.
