The Richmond Police Department is actively seeking the public's assistance locating a missing person, Robert Dylen Hall, described as a white male adult. According to the police, Hall was last seen on Tuesday on 13th Street between Chancellor Avenue and Bissel Avenue.
Standing 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 180 pounds, he was last seen wearing a tan hooded sweatshirt, black jogger pants, and white shoes. Concerns are particularly heightened as he is considered to be at risk to himself.
Known to frequent the Walgreens Plaza on 1150 Macdonald Avenue, authorities and loved ones are pooling their efforts to canvas this and surrounding areas. While the Richmond Police Department has disseminated a photo and description of Hall in a Facebook post, they urge anyone with information to come forward and assist in his safe return.
