Encinas, who has been warming the seat as the Acting Director since October of the previous year, is no stranger to the city's budgetary heartbeat, having dedicated 18 years of service in various financial roles within the city's infrastructure.
Her journey with the City started as an Accountant II and gradually ascended through the ranks, including positions like Finance Operations Manager and Acting Assistant Director of Finance, with her career trajectory demonstrating a steady climb replete with fiscal challenges and triumphs.
