
Last Saturday, a DUI collision occurred on Crespi Drive in Pacifica, as reported by the local police department. A white Toyota Rav 4, operated by 32-year-old Savannah Wheeler of San Francisco, struck a parked minivan. Emergency personnel responded to the scene after receiving calls about the accident.
Pacifica Police officers and North County Fire Authority members arrived at the 700 block of Crespi Drive around 01:15 AM, where they found the aftermath of Wheeler's collision. According to the Pacifica Police Department, the driver displayed "objective symptoms of intoxication," leading to a DUI investigation. Wheeler was determined to have been driving while impaired by alcohol.
After on-site evaluation, Wheeler was taken to a hospital for further examination before being arrested under the code 23152(a) CVC – DUI. She was cited and released at a sobering facility, with a future court appearance date.
