The Santa Clara Police Department has issued a public appeal to help locate Jose Navarro, an at-risk missing adult. Mr. Navarro was reported missing early yesterday morning after leaving his residence for a walk.
The police have described him as having brown eyes and being 5'4" tall. He was last noted to be wearing a blue collared shirt, a black jacket, matching blue jeans, and a black Raiders baseball cap at the time of his disappearance, according to the Santa Clara Police Department.
Authorities are particularly concerned because Mr. Navarro was near the 2000 block of Ellena Drive at around 7 a.m. when he was last seen. They have asked anyone with information or who might have seen Mr. Navarro not to hesitate to call 911 immediately.
