Concern is growing in Clayton County as police continue their search for three residents who have been reported missing since early this month. Among those missing are two women, Kelly Bearden, 33, and Kishia Johnson, 48, who were reported missing separately but within days of one another. FOX 5 Atlanta reports that Bearden, who has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, was last observed on August 9 near Upper Riverdale Road. She may be traveling by foot and is described as 5-feet-5-inches tall, weighing 130 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
Kishia Johnson, last seen the morning of August 11 also on Upper Riverdale Road, was wearing purple hospital scrubs when she went missing. The said location where both women were last sighted is purportedly near Southern Regional Medical Center. Police have not disclosed whether there is any connection between the two cases.
In addition to the two women, a Clayton County man with similar mental health conditions is also missing. Kenzales Hambrick, 26, who also has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, was last seen wearing no shirt, blue joggers, and white sneakers on August 1 in the vicinity of Tara Woods Apartments. According to WSBTV, Hambrick takes medication for his conditions, including asthma, but there has been no sign of him since he disappeared.
The Clayton County Police Department is urging the public to aid in the search for these missing individuals. Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or reach out directly to the police department at 770-477-3747 for information regarding the two women, and at 770-477-3550, extension 8, for any information on Kenzales Hambrick. In such critical times, the community's vigilance can play a crucial role in helping to ensure their safe return.
