Early Thursday morning, Boston Police apprehended a suspect on multiple charges, including breaking and entering, at a commercial property in downtown Boston. At approximately 8:40 AM, District A-1 officers encountered a scene of disarray at 145 Pearl Street, where a suspect had allegedly forced entry into a second-floor commercial space.
According to the Boston Police Department, upon arrival, law enforcement noticed a damaged door frame along with belongings scattered across the ground. The responding officers gained access to the establishment and detained 41-year-old Lindsey Hurld of Quincy inside the premises. Further investigation revealed Hurld had three active arrest warrants.
The police swiftly placed Hurld under arrest, slapping charges on her including Vandalize Property, Breaking and Entering for Misdemeanor, and Trespassing. Her prior warrants pertained to allegations of Possession of Burglarious Instrument, Possession of Class B substance, and Shoplifting by Asportation. The suspect's arraignment is scheduled to take place at the Boston Municipal Court.
