Starks faces charges for his alleged involvement in the killing of London Montgomery on July 7, according to official reports.
Montgomery, a 23-year-old resident of Memphis, was found with gunshot wounds seated in the driver's compartment of a stolen Mercedes SUV—which had crashed into a retaining wall—in what has been described as a drug-related incident. After being extradited to Nashville, Starks was charged with first-degree murder and is currently held on a $500,000 bond.
