A woman was injured following a shooting incident in the Mt. Airy neighborhood, which occurred shortly after 1 a.m. today. The shooting took place in the 2600 block of Richwill Court, where the woman was hit in the back. She was promptly taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center with injuries that have been deemed non-life threatening, according to FOX19.
Following the shooting, the suspect was reported to have fled on foot, leading authorities to urgently deploy a police K-9 unit in an attempt to track and apprehend the individual responsible.
