Early Sunday morning, tragedy struck on the roads of Aurora when a pedestrian was fatally struck by a vehicle. Further investigation by the police led to the arrest of 24-year-old Jose Perez, the driver of the Infiniti. Perez faces charges including vehicular homicide, DUI, and reckless driving.
