Ensemble Investments, a key player in Silicon Valley's ongoing transformation, has announced that AVE Santa Clara, an eight-story residential mid-rise with 311 luxury apartments, is scheduled to open this January in the Tasman East neighborhood of Santa Clara. The project is part of the ambitious Tasman East master plan, which seeks to convert a once-industrial zone into a vibrant residential community with 4,500 units, retail establishments, and public open spaces, as SF YIMBY reports.
The completion of Clara’s Junction, a diverse food and beverage garden adjacent to AVE Santa Clara and just walking distance from Levi’s Stadium, is on the near horizon, with its doors set to open to the public later this month, offering residents and visitors alike a variety of culinary experiences, from a bar and grill to a taco trailer and rotating selection of food trucks, all managing a spread of landscaping that is transforming a former Carl’s Junior location into a communal hub and game day staple, the endeavor represents a collaboration with hospitality group Apicii, and it's an extension of Ensemble's strategic development vision, one of several aiming to invigorate northern Santa Clara and welcome over 8,000 residents when the neighborhood reaches full build-out. The company has already completed multiple projects in the area and has several more in the works, which include another 1,250 residential units and extensive retail and public spaces.
According to Ensemble Investments, AVE Santa Clara will offer both traditional leasing options and fully furnished units with flexible leasing, meeting modern demands for versatility and luxury in living arrangements. The complex celebrates a blend of high-end amenities such as indoor-outdoor lounge areas, a two-story fitness center, and a rooftop garden, offering an elevated lifestyle experience in one of the world's most dynamic regions.
As Santa Clara evolves into a focal point of technological innovation and urban living, Mayor Lisa Gillmor expressed gratitude for Ensemble's dedication to the Tasman East project, saying, as per Ensemble Investments, "We deeply appreciate the positive and lasting impact they are making in our community", the city's embrace of the development reflects confidence in its economic potential and the quality of life it promises for future residents. Ensemble Investments and its partners are banking on their forward-thinking designs and integration of smart technology to attract a demographic that values connectivity and convenience, underscored by proximity to a variety of transportation options, including Amtrak, VTA Light Rail, CALTRAIN, and BART.
