A Silver Alert has been activated by the Avondale Police Department seeking assistance from the public in locating an 83-year-old woman, Jeannette McMasters, who went missing from her residence in Avondale, Arizona. According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, McMasters was last seen on the afternoon of September 13, around her home at Ashland Way and N. 112th Ave.
Authorities described McMasters as a White female, 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 155 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. She was last spotted wearing a white blouse, black slacks, and green loafers. With a medical condition that may cause disorientation making her easily confused and lost, the concern for her safety is heightened. On Friday, having left her house on foot, her whereabouts remained unknown.
The Avondale Police Department urges anyone with information about McMasters' location to come forward. Concerned citizens should report any possible sightings to the authorities.
