Baltimore County homicide detectives are in the midst of a thorough investigation into a deadly incident that transpired yesterday afternoon in Parkville, leading to the death of a local man. According to the Baltimore County Police Department, officers hastily responded to a reported gunfire event around 4:20 p.m. on the 8400 block of Leefield Rd., 21234, where they stumbled upon 43-year-old Romy Bogier with a fatal wound to his upper body.
Bogier was swiftly transported to a nearby hospital after the Towson Precinct officers discovered him, however, the efforts to save his life were in vain, and he was pronounced deceased, another individual, an adult male as well, was found injured at the scene, and was also taken to the hospital, his wounds seemingly not life-threatening. The investigation is ongoing, and detectives are gathering evidence and seeking public assistance to piece together the events that led to this tragic outcome.
