Furthermore, a video posted by Patel, documenting an interaction with a school district police officer who advised him to "tone it down" rather than arresting him, has only added to the growing fears, according to Hoodline.
While Patel's arrest was not directly related to any threat towards the school or its staff, the implications of his behavior have impacted over Whispering Pines Elementary. A hearing for the risk protection order is scheduled for September 10.
