Knoxville Police Department is investigating the theft of four vehicles from a car dealership on Callahan Drive yesterday morning. The crime involved the coordinated theft of several high-value vehicles. As reported by WVLT, officers were dispatched to North Knox Chrysler Dodge after the break-in was discovered.
The initial findings suggest that four individuals broke into the dealership shortly after 4 a.m. and completed their theft within approximately two hours. Authorities were alerted without previous alarms being tripped at the establishment, indicating a potentially sophisticated approach by the perpetrators. Among the cars stolen are a gray 2020 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk, a gray 2021 Chevy Camaro, and two Dodge Durango models from 2024 and 2025, respectively. Notably, the black 2025 Durango was later found in Birmingham, Alabama, as detailed by WIVK.
The Knoxville Police Department is actively seeking to identify and apprehend the suspects. Surveillance photos released by the authorities show the suspects dressed entirely in black, with masks and gloves to conceal their identities.
