A shocking case has emerged from Davenport, Florida, where a former Circle K store clerk has been arrested on charges of exposing himself and committing battery upon a customer. The Polk County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) detailed that 23-year-old Christopher Kilpatrick, formerly of Clermont, now faces multiple charges related to the incident. According to the ABC Action News, Kilpatrick's actions were captured on the store's security cameras.

The incident occurred on August 31, when a woman reported feeling a poke on her lower back while she used the self-checkout line at the store located on 2444 Sand Mine Road. She believed Kilpatrick attempted to take photos up her skirt, and PCSO detectives confirmed the violation after reviewing the store's security footage. Furthermore, during the same day, Kilpatrick was caught on video performing similar acts with another woman, and taking illicit photos and videos of up to two other female customers.

Following these discoveries, detectives visited Kilpatrick's home where, according to a report by WTSP, he gave a "full confession," admitting to targeting between "300-400 women, including juveniles." This alarming confession was also corroborated by Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd. Kilpatrick’s cell phone has since been seized by the authorities for further investigation.

The store's general manager provided full cooperation, furnishing Kilpatrick's work schedule and the store's security videos dating back to mid-August to assist in the investigation. Kilpatrick was terminated by Circle K, according to the Sheriff department's post on X, and is currently being held in Lake County Jail, pending transfer to the Polk County Jail. The investigation is ongoing, and PCSO indicates that additional charges may be filed.

Victims or those who believe they may have been targeted by Kilpatrick are urged to contact the Polk County Sheriff's Office's Special Victims Unit at 863-298-6200.
