Federal investigators spent yesterday combing through the site where a twin-engine Cessna 421C went down in a tragic collision with a residential townhome. According to a KGW report, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is leading the inquiry and expects to have more information by Monday night or Tuesday.
