The echoes of youth and education reverberate off the walls of what was once Phoenix Union High School, now repurposed into a hub for healthcare and scientific discovery. The campus that sprawled over 4 city blocks and encompassed 9 buildings has transitioned into a cornerstone of the Phoenix Bioscience Core and the University of Arizona College of Medicine.

Founded as the first high school in Phoenix, the institution boasted the title of the largest high school west of the Mississippi at its zenith, with a student body of over 6500. While the original high school's chapter has closed, the historic buildings remain steadfast, repurposed to serve as pillars of higher learning and medical advancement. Covering 18 acres, the reanimated campus breathes life into the city's educational and scientific communities.

In the heart of Phoenix, the Phoenix Bioscience Core has become integral to the fabric of the city's burgeoning biotech industry. The University of Arizona College of Medicine utilizes historic buildings to train the next generation of medical professionals.
