Rangle is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 184 pounds, with gray hair and eyes. Notably clad in a blue jacket, black jeans, and black shoes, his clothing might be the most distinctive marker for anyone crossing paths with him. At the same time, the search is ongoing, and the San Jose Police Department, who sought CHP's assistance, is calling for the public's cooperation.
The authorities are asking anyone with information to dial 9-1-1.
