9/21 6PM while TPD was patrolling #MBTA Ruggles station they were alerted by a citizen a 27y/o male fully exposed himself to a 6y/o female & her mother. Officers immediately located the male who attempted to conceal his genitals were still exposed. Arrested/TPDHQ for booking.
