The MBTA Transit Police are seeking the public's assistance in identifying an individual involved in an incident of lewd and lascivious conduct that occurred on September 25 at Shawmut Station. According to their post, at around 6:30 p.m., the subject allegedly exposed himself to two 14-year-old females and committed a lewd act.
The post from the MBTA Transit Police on their X account was straightforward, "Lewd & Lascivious Conduct. 9/25 630PM #MBTA Shawmut Station. Subject targeted two 14 y/o females, fully exposed his genitals to them & committed a lewd act. Do you recognize this subject of interest? Pls contact our CIU w/any info you have. Let's ID this individual." MBTA Transit Police shared an image of the person in question.
