A Mega Millions ticket that matched five out of the five white numbers was sold in Memphis last night. The winning ticket found its home at Holmes Express located at 4840 E. Holmes Rd. Winning numbers for the night were 1, 6, 10, 23, and 27, with the Mega Ball being 18, according to Action News 5.
It was reported by Local Memphis that the Tennessee Lottery announced the big win the day following the draw. While many might be eagerly checking to see if they are the new millionaire, the lottery officials are tight-lipped, having said no additional information will be provided until the prize is claimed.
FOX13 Memphis added that the winning ticket was confirmed to have been purchased from a gas station in their area. Holmes Express on East Holmes Road is now on the map for selling the high-stake ticket.
