
The New Orleans Police Department is seeking help from the public to locate a man wanted for a straightforward case of robbery. The suspect, identified as Ronald Thomas, is a Black male, born on November 30, 1967. He measures at a height of 5 feet 5 inches and weighs approximately 150 pounds. In the early hours of September 7, Thomas allegedly engaged in a verbal altercation in the 6000 block of Downman Road, during which he is accused of stealing a cellular phone from the victim before fleeing the scene, according to New Orleans Police Department.
Authorities have turned to the community in hopes that someone might be able to provide information on the the whereabouts of Thomas. They encourage anyone who might have useful details to come forward. The incident, which transpired shortly after midnight, is still under investigation by Seventh District detectives, as reported by the New Orleans Police Department.
