New Orleans residents are on the lookout as the New Orleans Police Department probes an attempted car theft that occurred yesterday. Details released by the New Orleans Police Department reveal that at approximately 3:28 p.m., three individuals made an attempt to hijack a vehicle situated in the 6300 block of Essex Court. They weren't successful but the trio promptly made their escape before they could be apprehended.
Concerned citizens are urged to look closely at the images disseminated by the New Orleans Police Department. "Anyone with information about the suspects or the crime is asked to call Fourth District detectives," according to the official New Orleans Police Department News release.
The New Orleans Police Department is turning to the community for assistance, circulating images of the suspects in the hopes that someone can put names to faces. While the suspects remain at large, the authorities are asking for any relevant information which, might lead to their capture.
