Officials in New Orleans are seeking public assistance in tracking down an individual linked to a theft incident. The New Orleans Police Department has released information regarding a theft that took place in the 2200 block of Carondelet Street. The event, which occurred around 3:30 p.m. on September 15, involved a suspect who is reported to have entered an apartment property and stolen a key piece of the water system, a backflow preventer.
