Tragedy struck on the North Side of San Antonio yesterday evening, when a shooting at a shopping center left one man dead and another wounded. News 4 San Antonio reported the incident occurred around 7:20 p.m. near the corner of West Hildebrand Avenue and I-10. The first victim, a 25-year-old man who suffered gunshot wounds to his lower back, was quickly transported to the hospital but later pronounced dead. Meanwhile, a second victim surfaced with a non-life-threatening injury to the arm, initially claiming to be uninvolved.
Details from the scene indicated that between one to three individuals fled on foot after the shooting began inside a phone repair shop situated in the shopping center. At the moment, the connection of these individuals to the incident, remains unclear. The San Antonio Police Department, while investigating the case, are interviewing one person of interest, according to FOX San Antonio.
