The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office is delving into the circumstances surrounding a fatal shooting that occurred on Saturday in West Palm Beach. As reported by CBS12, deputies responded to an emergency call near the Woodhaven Villas Apartments in the 1500 block of Forest Lakes Circle around 5:25 p.m., where a man was discovered with gunshot wounds.
The victim, whose identity has not been disclosed, was promptly transported to an area hospital where he later died from the injuries incurred. The Violent Crimes Division of the PBSO has taken the helm of this investigation, classifying it as a homicide. As per the officials, as of now there is no information regarding a suspect or the possible motivation behind such act of violence.
