Members of the Portland Police Bureau and several other law enforcement agencies raided a Crestwood Neighborhood home on Wednesday, where they arrested a 26-year-old man and seized a trove of counterfeit drugs and firearms. As reported by the Portland Police Bureau's official news release, the service of a search warrant culminated in the confiscation of more than 700 fake M30 pills suspected to contain fentanyl and five firearms.
Conducting the early morning raid in the 11000 block of Southwest 62nd Avenue, the arrest was part of a concerted effort by the Portland Police Bureau’s Narcotics and Organized Crime Unit, side by side with the Oregon State Police, Homeland Security Investigation Special Response Team, Central Precinct Neighborhood Response Team, and other partners. Tucker C. Dillon was apprehended and is facing both federal charges related to drug trafficking and assaultive offenses tied to firearms, after being indicted federally for possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking offense, as per the Portland Police Bureau.
Dillon, whose residence became the focal point of the operation, was transported to the Multnomah County Detention Center for the outstanding warrants. Additional federal charges, pending a follow-up investigation, will be presented to the US Attorney’s Office.
