According to OregonLive, the deceased is 37-year-old Ryan Stone Zinkand. The shooting occurred around 3:30 a.m. near Northeast 92nd Avenue and Webster Street in the Sumner neighborhood.

The Portland Police Bureau (PPB) has confirmed that the scene of the crime was abandoned by potential suspect or suspects before they could arrive.
