The Multnomah County Sheriff's Office has reached out to the public seeking assistance in locating a missing teenager from Fairview. The youth, named Bailey 'Jade' Loucks, disappeared on June 14 and was last observed near SE 122nd Ave. and SE Powell Blvd in Portland, according to the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office.
Jade, 15, is described as a white female standing around five feet tall, weighing approximately 110 pounds, with brown eyes. She can be recognized by a scar on her nose, as well as, significant scarring on her leg. At the time of her disappearance, she sported purple hair which her family suspects may have since been dyed blue. Known to be a regular user of TriMet, her whereabouts remain a mystery to her loved ones and the authorities.
The MCSO is actively seeking any information that could lead to Jade's safe return and encourages anyone with data about her last known location or current whereabouts to step forward.
