The county has announced the reopening of the Homeowner Rehabilitation & Reconstruction Program, offering a lifeline to eligible homeowners for essential housing repairs. Starting September 16 at 9 a.m., the county will be accepting pre-applications online, providing an opportunity for residents to revitalize their living spaces and ensure their dwellings remain safe and comfortable, according to Seminole County Government.
A total of only twenty (20) pre-applications will be accepted. Positioning on the waiting list will be determined by the time and date stamp when the pre-application is submitted through the online portal. Once the threshold is met, the waiting list will close, underscoring the urgency for residents to submit their applications promptly after the portal goes live.
