Antoine Rodmale Dickens Jr., aged 31, has been convicted by a jury on charges of indecent exposure following an incident last year on the campus of Skyline College. In October, Dickens was arrested after exposing himself to two female students, an act he confessed to when the responding San Bruno Police officers questioned him, according to the San Mateo County District Attorney.

The district attorney's office detailed the encounter, noting it took place around 6:58 pm on October 6, 2023, as reported by the college's timely warning system. Despite being actionable quickly, it was not until nearly a year later that Dickens was brought before a jury and found guilty. The original San Mateo County Community College District report described the suspect as an African American male adult, around 6’ tall, with distinguishing features including a goatee and a birthmark or small tattoo near his right eye.
The indecent exposure occurred on Skyline College's Building 4 Roof Deck, located at 3300 College Drive in San Bruno, California. The disturbing incident prompted the female victims to leave the area swiftly, followed shortly by the suspect's departure.
