As fall arrives in Surprise, the city's popular Sunday in the Park events are back this October and November. These family-friendly gatherings feature live music, delicious food, and activities for all ages.
The fall festivities kick off on October 13 at Mark Coronado Park, with music by N-the-Mix featuring Steven Powell. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs for comfort, and while dogs are welcome, they must stay on a leash. Admission is free, but bring money for food and drinks from local food trucks.
According to the City of Surprise, these events offer more than just food and music. Attendees can shop at market stalls to support local artisans and businesses. Beer and wine lovers can also enjoy a variety of drinks, perfect for relaxing and socializing.
Mark your calendars for November 10, when Yachtzilla will provide the music for a relaxing Sunday afternoon. Each event runs from 3 to 7 p.m., offering music, food, and fun. For updates, visit surpriseaz.gov/SpecialEvents or follow Surprise Parks & Recreation on social media.
