The Wilson County Sheriff’s Office reported the incident occurred before 12:40 p.m. yesterday, near the 5700 block of the highway, as WSMV reports. "One northbound lane and one southbound lane are open around the 5700 block of Highway 109. Lebanon Police Department has also confirmed the incident, referring to it as a "double fatality wreck" and warning of traffic backups along Highway 109.
