The Union City Police Department is seeking public assistance to locate 13-year-old Izamar Rosales, who has been reported missing since last Thursday. Izamar was last seen by her family wearing black pants and a black sweater.
She is approximately 5'01" tall and weighs around 120 lbs, and currently, only her age categorizes her as being considered at risk.
