Hay stands at 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes, the details of which the alert has made available to the public to aid in his swift recovery. He was last seen wearing a black shirt paired with red and white pajama pants topped off with pink Crocs. The CHP described the missing child's physical appearance and attire, aiming to increase the chances of recognition by anyone who might come across him.
Law enforcement urges anyone with information on E'Mari Hay's whereabouts to immediately contact 9-1-1, as time is of the essence when finding a missing child.
