According to the Boston Police Department's notification, the subject in question is described as a light-skinned black male, who sports dreads with shells/beads at their ends, and was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants, and white sneakers.
The department is treating this matter very seriously and has been reviewing the case details to identify those involved.
