Patton was hurriedly transferred to Tanner Medical Center, but despite emergency services' best efforts, the 34-year-old succumbed to his wounds and was pronounced dead prompting a swift investigation by local authorities who worked tirelessly gathering information speaking to witnesses, and following leads, leading to the arrest of 26-year-old Quantrevion Desean Caldwell of Carrollton, who was apprehended yesterday evening, as per the information provided by Atlanta News First.
While the events leading up to the shooting remain unclear, Caldwell now faces murder charges, marking a swift progression from a community disrupted by violence to a suspect held accountable.
